With a large back yard, we have BBQ, outdoor sofa set and a little mini putting green for golf. You can actually watch beautiful Disneyland firework every night from your backyard. We are just 5-7 min away from Little Saigon and Korean town so if you are up to try some Asian food.

This adorable beach cottage is available for vacation rentals year round! Ground level three bedroom two bath single family cottage. The building is from the 30's but has just been completely remodeled in August 2016. Which means that everything inside is brand new including the fixtures, appliances and furniture! Check out the photos and you'll see what I mean. Also available for rent on VRBO is my studio unit on the first floor which you can also book for sleeping 2 more people. Centrally located, therefore easy to get to Downtown LA, UCLA, USC, West Hollywood, Cedars Sinai, Beverly Hills and Miracle Mile.
