This adorable beach cottage is available for vacation rentals year round! Ground level three bedroom two bath single family cottage. All furnishings throughout the home are beach themed and very tastefully done. Sleeps six people comfortably. Enjoy beautiful beach sunsets while barbecuing on your cottage patio! There is also a two bedroom one bath apartment above the garages and behind the cottage that is available for rent. We rent on a Friday to Friday schedule in the summer and have a four night minimum in the off season. When booking on VRBO directly you will be be booking the front house. I traveled abroad and rented the house to a guest who was visiting LA for a year! I am back and happy to host again terrific guests. The rental is a spacious, bright, tastefully and minimally furnished gem. Hardwood floors all throughout, spacious kitchen with stone floors and stainless steel appliances/concrete counter-tops. Fantastic garden to enjoy a breezy evening of cocktails and outdoor dining. Easy street parking in a safe neighborhood where people look after each other. Centrally located, therefore easy to get to Downtown LA, UCLA, USC, West Hollywood, Cedars Sinai, Beverly Hills and Miracle Mile.
