A 4th bedroom has a twin bed over a double and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room couch, so this home comfortably sleeps 8. There are two full bathrooms in this home. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your every comfort. There are 2 bathrooms - one with a large walk-in shower and the other with a separate tub and shower. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, a washer and dryer and there is a maximum of 2 vehicle parking spaces, but no access to the garage. THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! The large oceanfront deck is great for enjoying sweeping ocean views, sunsets, starlit skies, and lots of ocean wildlife - making it an exquisite seaside experience for everyone. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente as it is between these two seaside communities. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes to the train station. Beautiful living room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, piano,and wood flooring throughout the entire house, the French doors opens to a beautiful balcony with a little fountain and beautiful sitting furniture where you can entertain or have your morning coffee to the sound of the palm trees. Adjacent to the living room is the dinning room sits six with a beautiful Italian marble table. next to the dinning area is the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops fully equipped and complete stainless appliances, the master suite features vaulted ceilings a large walk in closet partially empty, Queen size ortibedic mattress, high quality down comforter and pillows with 100% cotton sheets, flat screen TV. If you are traveling with more then 2 people the sleeping arrangements besides the master suite Is either 2 twin size mattress,or the sofa in the livingroom. It is seven miles to lax airport, 14 miles to downtown Los Angels a quick drive to Palos Verdes by ocean side drive with breat taking Views, very close to Manhattan beach and Redondo pier. Fourteen miles to Venice beach. 12 miles to Beverly hills and Westwood.
